My bike showed up later than expected, so I ended up frustrated waiting around for it. When I reached out to support, they were slow to respond too, which made the delay feel even more annoying.

I expected the ordering process to be quick, but it ended up being more annoying than I wanted. Checkout glitched on me, and then my confirmation took longer than it should have to show up, which just made the whole thing feel unnecessarily stressful...

The bike rides fine overall but for the price I expected better components. Some of the parts feel a bit cheap and the drivetrain needed adjusting way sooner than I thought it would.

"delivery updates could’ve been a lot better"
the bike itself is fine, no real complaints there. but the delivery updates were frustrating. i kept having to check on things myself, and the emails either showed up late or didn’t come through at all. the delivery date changed too, but nobody really explained what was going on. for the price, i expected better communication. it made the whole waiting process more stressful than it needed to be.

"Good bike, but support was a letdown"
I had a bit of a frustrating time trying to get help with an issue on my bike. I reached out and waited way longer than I expected to get an actual response. When someone finally did get back to me, they were polite enough, but the answer didn’t really solve much. I don’t want to say everything about the experience was terrible, because I still like the bike overall, but the support side definitely left me feeling ignored and kind of disappointed.

So far, the brand seems legit and I haven’t had any major problems. That said, I do have a few minor doubts based on my experience, and I’m hoping they’ll offer some kind of compensation or gesture to make up for the inconvenience.

"Paint quality feels like an afterthought"
The bike itself rides fine, so I don’t have much to complain about there. But the paint was disappointing. It chips way too easily, and the color looked a lot duller in person than I expected. For the price, I thought it would feel more premium. Kind of makes me wonder if they put more effort into cutting costs and making money than actually finishing the bike properly

"Pretty smooth support after my order"
My bike showed up and there was one little thing that wasn’t quite right with a part, so I emailed Revel about it. They got back to me the next day, which felt totally reasonable. I was expecting the usual back-and-forth headache, but nope, an actual person replied and knew what I was talking about.
They sent out the replacement and kept me in the loop enough along the way. It did take a few more days than I was hoping, and for a second I was like, okay, are we doing this or not? But then it showed up, everything fit, and suddenly I was happy again. Friendly support, not perfect timing, but they handled it without making it a whole thing

"Was good at first, then kinda fell off"
I was happy with it in the beginning, but after about a year, things started getting loose and creaky. I kept having to mess with little fixes here and there, and it got old real quick. For what I paid, I expected it to hold up way better. Definitely not buying it again.

I really wanted to like it, but riding it just felt kind of dull and awkward!!! It never felt smooth or enjoyable, and after a few tries I realized it just wasn’t something I wanted to keep using!!!

"Brakes feel solid after a few rides"
I’ve had my Revel out on a few steeper local trails now, and the brakes have felt really solid so far. They’ve got a nice bite without being too touchy, and I didn’t notice much fade even on the longer downhill sections.
The only thing keeping it from being a full 5 stars is that the rear brake needed a small tweak right out of the box. Nothing major, but still worth mentioning. Overall, I’d say it’s a easy bike to recommend if you’re looking for confident braking on trail rides.

"Decent suspension, but not totally smooth"
I’ve got mixed feelings about the rear suspension. It handles rough trails okay for the most part, so it’s not bad by any means, but there are definitely times where it feels a bit harsh and less comfortable than I expected

I had a problem with my rear triangle and reached out to Revel about the warranty. I want to say it took maybe two or three days to hear back, though I might be off on that. Once they asked for photos and I sent them over, they got everything handled and shipped the replacement part. Overall it was painless, I just wish that first response had come a little sooner.

The tires showed up set up the wrong way, which was frustrating. I really wish I had double-checked everything right away because it ended up being more of a hassle than it should’ve been.

The bike itself has been alright, no big complaints there. But man, trying to get replacement parts has been annoying. Half the stuff is either out of stock or I can’t even find it listed anywhere, so I’m just sitting around waiting for a simple fix. Frustrating, honestly.

The bike itself has been fine, and that’s why the support experience stood out so much. When you’re actually using the product and something comes up, you just want clear help from someone who understands the issue. Instead, it took a few days to get a reply, and the first response felt generic, like it was copied from a script and didn’t really address what I asked. I had to follow up before I got anything useful. It wasn’t the worst support experience I’ve had, but at this price, I expected the help to feel a lot more responsive and specific
